Tip: Seats are limited, so please book early.

Yes, renting a car can make your stay much more convenient. You'll be able to explore the area more freely—visit supermarkets, convenience stores, hot springs, and even other ski resorts like Rusutsu if the weather isn't ideal in Niseko. If you're confident driving in snowy conditions, it's definitely worth considering. Just be aware that the route from New Chitose Airport includes a mountain pass (Bifue Pass), which can be tricky in winter. Also, cars in Japan are right-hand drive.

Yes, we offer free parking right in front of the pension.
Parking is available both before check-in and after check-out. No reservation needed.

Absolutely! Annupuri offers night skiing until 7:30 PM. Day passes and multi-day passes are valid for night skiing as well.

In winter, temperatures often drop below -10°C(14°F) on the upper slopes and summit of Mt. Annupuri—and it can feel even colder with wind-chill.

Yes, bath towels and bed linens are provided for all guests.

We provide body soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer in the shared bath area. Please bring other personal items such as toothbrushes and razors.

Japan uses Type A (two flat pins) 100 V outlets.

• Guests from the U.S. or Canada: Your chargers already fit. If you have a three-prong plug (Type B), bring a slim Type B→Type A adapter.
• Guests from Australia, Europe, the UK, etc.: Bring a universal travel adapter that works with Type A plugs.

Yes, the main entrance locks at 11:00 PM, and no one can enter the building after that time. Please plan accordingly.

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Most mobile carriers have good reception in the area and work without issues.

We do not have an onsen, but we have a Japanese-style shared bath and 24-hour showers.
Iroha Onsen is just a 10 minute walk away. It has indoor/outdoor baths and a sauna.

We recommend bringing enough cash. There are no ATMs within walking distance.
